This page shows a little of the restoration that went in to creating the flat that we have now.

       The flat had not  been  lived in for over 40 years and as such needed a complete renovation.

       The kitchen needed to re-extended a new floor installed and  a completely new kitchen added.

       The bathroom and toilet room competely gutted and  replumbed and with new floors.

       The shower room was created from nothing  and the entire flat needed re-wiring, re-plastering and        repainting.

       The wooden floor itself was resanded and  varnished and all of the windows had every handle repolished by         hand and every wooden frame sanded, and  painted twice on both sides...some work.

The original bathroom with the old tiles   removed and ready for plastering, before      re tiling.

The kitchen area needed extending and       completely rewiring, not to mention a       complete new floor and new  units
