Here we answer some of the questions that you may have:

First can we suggest that you read the questions and answers below and then if you would like to make a reservation/enquiry please go to the reservation/enquiry page in order to complete the reservation/enquiry form.

Once we receive your completed form,we will then send you an email to confirm the details and answer any questions.
We will also include a full breakdown of the payment due and how to pay the deposit,using PayPal

We aim to reply as soon as possible, as we know that you maybe waiting to book flights
There is a one off cleaning charge of 30 euros and there is a 4% card processing fee payable on what you pay by card,using PayPal.
Yes, we ask that you pay a 20% deposit to confirm the booking. We provide a PayPal facility to do this.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to do this.
We hold the reservation for 48 hours in order for you to have sufficient time to pay the deposit.
We do not normally refund a deposit.
We will confirm any payment received.
We prefer a PayPal payment although you can also pay on arrival at the apartment in Budapest in Euros
Cash machines do not dispense Euros but you can get them from banks, or bring them with you.
The person meeting you t will have a copy of the payments you have made and the outstanding amount due.
The apartment is suitable for children but we can provide a sleeping cot for babies.
We permit dogs but provide no facilities specifically for dogs.
We ask that you do not allow dogs into bedrooms,onto beds or onto furniture.
Please bring towels for dogs.
We can provide a cot/bed for babies.There is a baby high chair, and small child bathroom stool provided.
We do not allow smoking in the apartment. We ask you please to smoke outside on the patio. We ask you to respect our wishes.
This also ensures that new guests arrive to a smoke-free apartment
We ask you to respect the neighbours in the building. Some must go to work in the morning like in any city.
So we ask you to be respectful,especially if you are using the inner patio.
We also ask that you remove any rubbish or unwanted food before leaving and place it in the dustbins provided in the courtyard and to leave the apartment as you found it.
We ONLY provide towels and bed linen for the number of people booked on the reservation form.
If we have reason to believe the apartment is being used by people not named on the initial reservation form we will, and have taken action to have them removed.
If you wish to bring a guest home for the evening then we ask that you read our page on safety in Budapest.
The check out time is 10.30am and we normally start check-in after 2pm.
This allows us to ensure that the apartment is presented correctly. However we will permit earlier check-in if the apartment was previously unoccupied.
We will work to accommodate our guests needs whenever it is possible and communicate what is and is not possible.
We ask that you provide an estimated arrival time on the booking form and an estimated departure time.
We do this to assist in providing cleaning services and speedier check-ins.
From our experiences we have found Budapest to be a very safe city but like any big city it it is not free of crime.

The tap water is very good and is safe to drink but its taste can vary.
If you prefer bottled water there is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy bottled water quickly and easily.

All electrical sockets are new European standard Euro sockets so for electrical items from the UK or US you will need a travel adaptor
We believe so ..yes there is an elevator to all floors and a wide access passage to the apartment.
There are no adapted facilities within the apartment.
We provide leaflets,books,maps etc and ask that you leave them in the apartment after use ready for the next guests.

We are unable to provide email support on tourist information.
A popular way of getting into town is to use the airport shuttle bus
The return journey normally needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advance during high season.

They are open almost 24 hours a day.
Some airlines offer their own shuttle bus.You can also find detailed transport information here and HERE
If you need metro/bus tickets buy them at the newsagent in the airport. A pack of 10 tickets is the best option.
There is also a bus no 200 which you can catch outside the airport on the left hand side. You need to buy your metro/bus tickets first from then ewspaper kiosk in the airport.The bus goes to Kóbánya-Kispest Metro station on the Blue line.(15 mins ) Take the metro to Ferenc Kórút station (7 stops,15 mins) and from there take the number 4 or 6 tram to Blaha Lujza Square (10 mins) and walk up Ràkòczi Utca (10 mins) to the apartment.You need a ticket for each stage of the journey.This bus is the much cheaper option, but can take longer. Firstly, remember NOT to keep your apartment keys and the apartment address in the same place.
One of the keys is a security door key and is quite expensive to re-cut. If you do lose the keys please report it to the house agent.
You will be asked to pay 6000 HUF to cover the cost of the keys and time taken to arrange a replacement.
